Samaria Regional Council confirms attack
Dozens of Arabs surrounded the car after a navigation error, threw stones and tried to open the doors. The council hotline guided the mother out by phone. Samaria Governor Yossi Dagan called it a direct result of PA incitement.
“This incident could not have happened without the Palestinian Authority's incitement and murder directive. When a woman is attacked in a car just because she is Jewish, it is a direct result of the Palestinian Authority's terrible incitement.”— Samaria Gov. Dagan

IDF statement on the incident
Earlier today (Thursday), a report was received regarding two Israeli civilians who mistakenly entered the area of Jenin.
The Israeli civilians were attacked by Palestinian terrorists, who hurled a brick toward them. As a result of the brick, their vehicle was damaged. No injuries were reported.
A short while later the Israeli civilians reached with IDF soldiers at the Gilboa Crossing.
After receiving the report, IDF soldiers were dispatched, and conducted searches and apprehended wanted individuals in the area of Jenin.
The IDF emphasizes that entry into Area A is prohibited for Israeli civilians, is dangerous, and constitutes a violation of the law.
